Baltura. A backwater planet with rich ore deposits and a relatively hidden away location. The perfect place for a Separatist base. The perfect place for a Republic invasion.

The early morning calm was shattered as gunship after gunship darted through the clouds, weaving in and out of cover, just enough time to get a good visual on the enemies ahead. One gunship however, veered off and flew down a narrow canyon, inside was a squad of specialized ARC troopers and sniper troopers. Not to mention the solitary Jedi staring out the side opening. “Master Rubar,” one clone began, “we will be arriving behind the city of Thar shortly.”

“Excellent,” Raman answered quickly, “and have you heard anything from our advanced recon?”

“Yes, sir,” the clone handed Raman a small holodisk, we just received these schematics one hour ago.”

Raman tapped the button and a small hologram of the city of Thar came to life in front of him. “Gather round,” he yelled over the din of the gunship, “we are to deploy here, right behind enemy lines in the city.” He pointed to a small area not to far behind where the major fighting was and then tapped in a few more buttons before four targets were highlighted on the holo.

“Our targets are these four artillery towers, these bastards have been keeping our AT-TE’s at bay for too long. Once they are down, we will send word to Omega Squadron and they will send in air cover to pick us up, then we join the front lines. Any questions?”

No one asked. The good thing about clones was they never had questions, they always knew what needed to be done.

The gunship rocked and weaved violently as it narrowly missed a clump of trees. Suddenly the air around the gunship was filled with red laser blasts. The pilot came over the comm in seconds, “I can’t bring you in much farther, I’m going to drop you at Bravo point.”

One laser hit it’s mark as the gunship’s engine blasted apart and sent the ship plummeting towards the ground. “Looks like this is going to be a hot drop!” Raman yelled over the sounds of blaster fire.

“Pilot can you get this thing steady?” he yelled again.

“Yes, but I need some cover.” the pilot responded back.

“Just get us level for a second.” He then turned to the troopers, “As soon as this thing gets even, you grab what you can and get the hell on the ground!”

Raman quickly glanced out the side opening and saw the small squad of battle droids, super battle droids, and the spider droids firing at them. “Once you on the ground take out those spider droids!”

The ships quickly leveled out and all the occupants jumped out with their equipment. Raman came down into a roll and ignited his lightsaber as soon as he hit the ground. The orange blade gave off an eery light in the morning fog. The clones then landed behind him shortly afterward and the fighting began.

The Battle of Thar had begun....

Raman had been on the ground for about a minute and already he was in the fight for his life against the metallic monstrosities of the Confederacy. Laser blasts darted back and forth inbetween the opposing lines, clones dropped, scatterd peices of droids flew every which way, and Raman was left to slice his way through the line of weaker battle droids to get to the spider droids who were sniping out his clones before they could get into position.

The droids fell to his saber easily and finally he was upon the spider droids; these dwarf spider droids were smaller versions of the homing spider droids usually seen engaging the massive Republic AT-TE's. With a leap, and some assitance from the force, Raman catapulted himself up and over the super battle droids and as he plummeted back towards the hard ground, he shifted his weight slightly and reversed his grip on his lightsaber. He was therefore able to plunge his lightsaber into the massive "head" of the dwarf spider droid, causing it to drop to the ground. The droids, however had pinpointed his location and opened fire on him on top of the spider droid. With another small leap, however, Raman was up and back over the droids; it was then while he was in the air and the focus of the droids attention that the ARC troopers opened fire and quickly layed waste the small force.

Raman hit the ground with a thud and brushed some mud off his cloak and armor; Raman was one of the few Jedi Commanders that wore clone armor while in battle. "Sir," the lead clone began, "we're just outside of Thar, but we've recieved a transmission from a nearby gunship that was blasted out of the sky. They're down in a nearby ravine and are calling for help."

Raman nodded as he said, "Let's move out, we could use their help for the coming mission."

Raman then spun on his heel and led his platoon off in the direction of the city, where somewhere inbetweem there was a damaged gunship that needed their help.

Raman and his squad of ARC troopers and snipers cautiously through the mud and underbrush on the outskirts of the city of Thar. Raman held up a fist and signaled the platoon to stop; off in the distance he saw a large trail of mud that was definatly from the crashed gunship. The crash sight was nearby, and what Raman saw next tipped him off that there wasn't much time to get there.

Running parallel to the gunship tracks were the small footprints that could only match the local Seperatist's droids. "Men," he said quietly, "we need to move fast."

The squad picked it up double time and soon they could hear the sounds of blaster fire and small explosions. As they came to the end of the gunship tracks they saw the battered gunship smashed into a tree and was lodged in the swampy muck.

Raman gave the signal and the ARC troopers followed him into the fray as the snipers took up positions on the perimeter of the battlezone. As the ARC troopers fired their first blasts, Raman was already in the air coming down on a small group of battle droids who noticed him far too late.

But, as he spun he saw the one thing he really, really wished he hadn't run in to. Destroyers. Two of them.

As their sheilds activated Raman leapt on top of the gunship and as he was deflecting the laser bolts he gave a small tug with the force on the droid's external power source. Once it was disconnected the sheild dropped and with a simple flick of his wrist, Raman sent two blaster bolts back at the original destroyer rendering it incapacitated.

The last destroyer was a bit of a struggle, where ever Raman moved to the laser tracked him with the greatest sensitivity. It was only after the ARC troopers fired a rocket into the sheilds that it finally gave out, and even as Raman was about to deliver the killing blow a sniper blast launched out from the underbrush and struck the droid in the torso severing it in two.

Wiping his hair out of his face he turned to the trooper who was now exiting his cover with his still smoking blaster, "Nice shot, trooper."

"Thank you, sir," the clone answered with a salute.

"Were there any suvivors in the wreckage?"

"We found this one unconscious." the trooper said motioning to a figure in dark robes laying in the muck next to the rest of the group.

As Raman approached he realized who it was, "Holis Verner!" Raman said to himself.

The figure was twenty standard year old human with dark black hair and crimson red robes. A dramatic change from the others in the Order, who wore the traditional robes. Raman kneeled down next to him and placed a hand on his forehead; as soon as Raman closed his eyes, Holis sprang up with a jolt.

He turned to face the clones and stood up to greet Raman, "Master Rubar," he began, "I'm glad you're alright. My gunship was hit hard when were tired to deploy a ways north of here."

Raman put his hand on Holis' shoulder, "It's ok Holis, we're here to help, and hopefully you can return the favor by helping our assault on Thar."

Holis smiled, "Of course, Master."

Holis was a Jedi Knight only a few years younger than Raman, they had become friends in the Temple and were split up when the war started but recently were brought back together for the seige of Baltura.

"Good," Raman smiled, "let's get moving."

The light of Raman's orange blade deeply contrasted with the light grey emitted from Holis' saber. The clones, marching single file behind the Jedi's lightsabers had their blasters at the ready in case of any engagment along the way towards the city.

Holis pulled out a small holopad and after pushing a few buttons it lit to life and highlighted a point not too far ahead of the group, "This is the point where we were going to meet up with another squad and be airlifted into the city."

Raman nodded, "Good, let's see if they're there and if we can hitch a ride into the city."

As the group made it's way to the edge of the cliff that overlooked the city of Thar, everyone was in awe of the sight that lay before their eyes. The massice Techno Union City stretched out in front of them, fires sprang up in a few sections of the city as a result of the Republic bombardment and artillery attacks.

However, there was a visible line as to where the artillery couldn't reach; it was the point that the Seperatists artillery towers had covered so the AT-TE's couldn't move into range of the Seperatist HQ.

Four large black towers sprang up around a tall spire in the middle of the city. "There," Raman said as he pointed towards the towers, "that's our objective, Once those are taken out we can have our artillery fire on the anti-air guns and allow the gunships to deploy our fighters beyond the Seperatist lines."

The clones all nodded and as Raman turned to Holis he asked, "So, where is this gunship?"

With his back to the cliff's edge Raman could feel the ground vibrate and hear an audible hum ust as Holis gave a quick grin and said, "Right behind you."

Raman turned to see the gunship rise from the canyon below, "Ok, troopers, we've got wings. Let's get to those towers and start some fireworks!"

As soon as the last clone was on the gunship, the engines cut out and sent the gunship into a freefall towards the city below. Then, when it was about to impact on a tall spire, the engines flared to life and the ship rocketed off towards a small plaza not far from the artillery tower designated "Alpha 1."

The gunship set down slowly and killed the engines as the troopers and the Jedi disembarked and set off towards the first large spire. The streets were quiet, most of the citizens had been evacuated days before and the majority of the droids were on the front lines at the city gates.

The lead trooper made a few gestures with his hand and the group halted and looked around the corner to see the entrance to the first artillery spire. It was guarded by a squad of ten battle droids, 10 "supers," and three destroyers to top it off.

Raman smilled as he looked over to Holis and said, "We'll take the destroyers, the rest of you," he said looking at the clones, "eliminate those supers, the battle droids will fall with them."

With a few nods, Raman and Holis took their positions at the corner of the building and counted to three. Once Raman hit three, both he and Holis stepped around the corner and both of them reached out in the Force and lifted two destroyers in the air and smashed them into each other.

As the rest of the droids began to target them, the clones burst from their hiding spots and filled the air with rockets and laser blasts. The battle droids fell like the cannon fodder they were, the supers fell next, and the final destroyer never had a chance, before it could activate it's sheilds, the two Jedi were upon it and left it as scrap metal.

After the droids were dispatched, Raman and Holis walked to the door to the artillery spire. "Master, it needs a code," Holis said as he glaced over the control.

"Step aside, sir," a voice said coming from the clones, "I'll handle this."

From the clone ranks an ARC trooper clad in traditional clone armor with yellow stripes stepped forward and began to go to work on the console. In what seemed like a few seconds the door hissed open and the Jedi walked in with lightsabers at the ready.

It didn't take long to reach the control room at the top of the spire, most of the droids were either part of the group that was cut to pieces outside or they were stationed in the control room.

At the same time, both Raman and Holis used the Force to send a wall of energy out towards the droids, knocking most out the large window and down the streets hundreds of feet below.

The clones mopped up the rest as the same slicer trooper from before began to work again on the controls, "Sir," he said looking to Raman, "I've tapped into the Seperatist battle net."

"Good, good," Raman answered, "can you take control of this spire's weapons system?"

The clone smiled under his helmet, "Already done."

Holis then looked to Raman, "What are you planning?"

"Trooper," Raman began, "take out those other towers, save our legs the trip."

"Yes, sir," the clone answered as blasts from the tower impacted on the farthest tower reducing it to ruins; then, without a moments hesitation, the clone tapped a few commands and the tower swivled to fire on the next farthest tower.

Before the second tower could try to think of what happened to the first one, it shared the same fate. As the tower turned to fire on the last tower, a warning message flashed across the control panel, "NOT IN FIRING RANGE."

"Sir," the clone began, "it seems the last tower is too close to attack with this weapon."

As Raman and Holis looked out the veiwport, they noticed the final tower was a mere fifty yards from their tower. It was then that Holis saw something mving in the other spire, "This isn't good.." Holis said.

As soon as he finished a crimson bolt fired across the gap and hit the slicer clone in the head, killing him immediatly. "They're firing on us!" another trooper yelled. "Return fire!" Raman yelled avobe the din. The air between the artillery spires was soon filled with criss crossing laser blasts, "Master," Holis began, "this is taking too long, more reinforcments will arrive soon, we need to take out that tower."

Raman looked out the veiwport at the spire across the way and suddenly he smiled, "Holis, you may want to step back."

Holis looked at Raman with a confused look before Raman took a few steps back and sprinted towards the now broken window. Once he got to the edge he pushed off with all his force and sent himself flying towards the other artillery spire.

Raman wrapped himself in the Force, completly sucumbing to the will of the Force. His orage blade flicked away blaster bolt like they were a common insect in his path until finally he landed in the windowsill of the opposing tower. It was at that time he swung his lightsaber in a small circle and cut many of the defenders in half, causing many droids to be showered by the spare parts from the others.

It was all over in a minute, the control team was neutralized and Raman produced a small comm from his pocket and thumbed it to life, "Commander Torque, the artillery towers are down, you may now make your advance on the city."

"Yes, my lord," the clone commander answered over the comm.

Raman looked back across the space between the towers and saw most of the troopers were now heading down to the ground to join the action. Within a minute, he rejoined his troops and called in for a gunship to transport them to the new front lines past the city gate and help engage the last of teh Seperatists holding up in the area.

As the gunship set down and unloaded it's passengers, a clone commander approached the transport and give a salute. "General Rubar, Commander Verner," he began, "It's good to see you two alive."

"Thank you, Commander Torque, we have your men here to thank for that," Raman smiled back.

Torque was a clone that was slightly bigger than the rest, one of the few "mistakes" in the cloning procees. Luckily, his "mistake" was only his size and not hie programming.

Torque was the battlefeild commander and leader of the 121st Mechanized Corp. Even his nickname came from his position in the Mech ranks; in a past battle he had taken out an entire seperatist putpost without leaving his AT-TE. Some say he had made some changes to his outfit's AT-TE so that it wasn't as slow and ploding as the others. Hence, he was called "Torque" because of his love of everything mechanical.

Holis glanced around at the clones that ran past him towards the main gate, the gate had fallen soon after they had neutralized the artillery towers. After the gate fell, special sweeper teams had found and sabatoged the anti-air guns allowing for the gunships to have a clean sweep into the city.

"So, Commander," Raman began, "What's the report on the battle?"

After pressing a few buttons on a nearby holopad, an image the size of a table lit up and showed the city and the both the clone and droid armies.

"These were our positions an hour ago," Torque then hit a few more buttons and the clone ranks moved forwards until they were well into the city. "These are our positions now, the anti-air guns are down and we have a clear alley into the city to make a new forward command post. But.."

"But what?" Holis asked.

"The remaining droid army has pulled back to the Seperatist HQ, they're trying to cover Frak's retreat....again."

"No," Raman said, "We are not losing him again."

Raman and Torque had been chasing Sumiel Frak all around the Outer Rim much like the rest of the Order had been chasing Grievous. Frak was a Techno Union leader and with his capture, hopefully more Outer Rim worlds would fall to the Republic.

"Commander Torque, get me a transport and four of your finest men." Raman ordered. Torque nodded and turned towards the assembly area to relay the orders.

"Holis," Raman said turning.

"Yes, Master?"

"We end Frak's tyranny now. He will not escape me again...."

Within a minute, Raman, Holis, and four of the best ARC troopers were loaded onto a gunship and blasted off in the direction of the Seperatist HQ. Somewhere inside that command post was Sumiel Frak, and the end to the conflict on Baltura.

Baltura - Twenty years later

The city of Thar lay in front of him, ruins dotted the now decrepit city. After the seige of Baltura, Thar had become a wasteland, much like many planets after the Clone Wars. The lone figure walked through the ruined, bombed out streets of Thar. The once shimmering spires now were rusted and falling apart, evidence of stormy weather showed the reason for hte wear on the massive buildings.

Finally he reached the massive building at the center of the city. it was a large building in a rectangualar shape. As soon as he stepped in the man could feel the Force flowing throughout the remnants of the building.

The figure lowered his hood to reveal the scarred and battered face of Oxmeel Rubar, son of Jedi Master Raman Rubar. Ox pulled out a small datapad and pressed a few keys to bring up a screen of information.

Datafile 325-243

Name: Raman Rubar
Title: Jedi Master
Affiliations: Jedi Order
Last Known Position: Unknown

Info: A skilled Jedi Commander during the Clone Wars, Jedi Master Rubar led many succesful campaigns against the droid armies.

Has been credited with such victories as:
-The Siege of Tarenth
-Battle of Ruxn
-Space Campaign of the Outer Rim
-Battle of Baltura

Raman turned off the datapad and glanced around the massive control room he was in, he could feel echos in the Force, he knew his father had been here. However, he could feel another prescense, something familiar, something from his childhood.

He couldn't recognize it but he did make a note of it in his datapad; for the past five years, Oxmeel has been searching the galaxy for his father who mysteriously disappered not long before Ox was born. Having learned of his Jedi father from his dying mother he made a promise to find his father, whom he knew was still alive.

He had tracked his father's previous exploits and now he was on Baltura, the last recorded battle in his father's information. He also found it curious that only information on his father and not other Jedi survived from the Clone Wars.

He then glanced at the machines around the room and began to turn one on. He discovered it was the securtiy console and began to slice into the terminal to see if any holos had survived after all these years.

As he pressed a few keys an image appeared on the screen, he saw Seperatist droids in the room he was now, the holo was from years ago. Suddenly he saw the droids turn and begin to fire off screen and it was the he saw the one thing that brought a smile to his face. "Father!"

Baltura - Twenty years ago

Raman and Holis had made their entrance rather loudly; ther droids in the room spun and began to fire on them to protect Frak whom they could see in the far corner of the control room.

"Frak!" Raman yelled above the din, "your reign over this world ends now!"

Frak glared at Raman and Holis, "Never! I do believe that it is your time that is ending!"

With that three destroyers entered the room and opened fire on Raman and Holis, "Time for the secret weapon," Holis laughed.

As soon as the destroyers arrived in the room one wall blew away and revealed the four ARC troopers who immediatly opened fire on the destroyers with their rockets. The droids fell in seconds under the wave of rockets leavinf Frak vulnerable. As Frak attempted to spin and run, Raman was upon him with blinding speed. "You're under arrest Sumiel Frak, by order of the Republic." Raman snarled.

The troopers quickly policed the dropped weapons and placed Frak in binders and led him out into the courtyard where the rest of the clones were assembling, a loud "Hurrah" filled the air as the Jedi left the building with Frak in their clutches.

"looks like our work here is done," Raman said to Holis, "Let's get back to the ship and go home."

Baltura - Twenty years later

Home. The word echoed in Ox's head. "So, they returned to the Temple after this battle," he said to himself.

Suddenly Ox looked back at the holo at the second Jedi with his father, something was familiar about him, like he'd seen him in a dream or something.

Ox hen turned from the screen and made his way back to him small frieghter and blasted off for Courscant and a new lead.

Hyperspace, En route to Coruscant - 1 year A.B.Y[After Battle of Yavin]

Ox watched as the stars zipped past his cockpit, the ride from Baltura to Boz Pity had been an uneventful one, mostly spent with Ox in his pilot chair reviewing the data on Raman over and over agian.

Once on Boz Pity, Ox refueled, haggled a few supplies and shortly after was off into space, ready for the last leg of his trip. Now, while on the way to Coruscant, there was one thing Ox was worried about, how could he get to the files on the Jedi, if there even were any files left on the Jedi that is.

When he finally reached Coruscant he made his way to a small ladning terminal not too far outside the Imperial Palace, the site of the former Jedi Temple. He had heard stories of the clone raid on the Temple after the "assasination attempt" on Palpatine's life. He'd even listen to his mother tell him the tragedy of the death of Anakin Skywalker as he tried his best to fight off the attacking clones.

He couldn't imagine what it must have been like to have been in that Temple when the clones attacked....

Coruscant, Jedi Temple - 22 years B.B.Y[Before Battle of Yavin]

Raman and Holis walked side by side as they approached the meeting room of the Jedi High Council. They were to report to the Council to report their progress with the Outer Rim seiges. They had listened to the report made by Master Kenobi the day before and now it was their turn to report on the capture of Frak.

As they approached, they realized the Council room was empty and that there was no one there to report to. They both shrugged and reported back to their rooms. Along the way was a trip through the Main Hall, overlooking the main entrance. What they saw next, they could never had prepared for.

Below them, coming through the main doors was over a full legion of clone troopers, led by a cloaked figure.

"What is going on, Master Rubar?" Holis questioned.

"I'm not sure," Raman answered, "but I don't like it."

As if on cue, the cloaked figure ignited a lightsaber abnd struck down the Padawan nearest him and the clone troopers began to open fire.

"Holis! Get down!" Raman yelled as he pulled Holis down next to him.

"Master, what's going on?" Holis asked, his voice shaking.

"I don't know, but we have to get out of here, something is not right," Raman said as he grabbed Holis and took off for the hangar on the other side of the Temple.

"But Master, what of the others? We have to help them!" Holis demanded.

"If we stay, we will both die here," Raman responded to Holis lacking all emotion, "We have to get out of here!"

As they ran, blaster bolts flew past their heads and impacted on the wall in front of them, "Jedi! Blast them!"

As he turned Holis ignited his light grey lightsaber the same time Raman thumbed the control on his lightsaber emitting his orange blade.

The clones advanced and opened fire, both Raman and Holis wrapped themselves in the Force, letting it take control of their bodies. Blaster bolts were deflected back with ease as the clones dropped with every shot they fired.

When the last clone hit the ground with a thud, Raman and Holis turned to the hangar and ran to the nearest ship.

Coruscant, Lower Levels - 1 year A.B.Y

Ox clicked off the pirated holofeed, his father had been in the Temple when the clones attacked. He had even been smart enough to get out of there while he still could. Ox had been at the old terminal in front of him for what seemed like days slicing his way through the old Imperial security network to find holofeeds from the Temple that weren't deleted.

It did however come at a price.

The door to the small apartment burst open and a dozen stormtroopers poured in, "This is the slicer we've been tracking."

"Put your hands up where I can see them!" the lead trooper ordered.

Ox turned slowly and began to bring him arms up from below his waist, but once they reached his stomach he reached into his cloak with lightning speed and grabbed a small cylindrical object, his lightsaber.

The blade glowed a bright yellow as the troopers looked in shock, "A Jedi!"

There was not much time to say anything else before Ox leaped into action, the yellow blade whipped around the room taking the troopers down one by one. Blaster bolts flew at him from all angles causing him to leap into the air, as he did the bolts flew past him and into the other clones. As he landed he brought his blade down into the chest of the nearby trooper and as he turned, he ripped the blade form the troopers chest and threw it end over end at another, decapitating him.

As the headless body fell the to floor, Ox disengaged his lightsaber and sat back at the terminal for a few more seconds. He had managed to get a lock on the ship his father used to escape and also he found the name of the man who looked so familiar, "Holis," he whispered.

As he ran out the door, he made his way back to his transport and took off into the night sky for the one place that had the highest probability for his father's destination, Corellia.

Corellia - 1 year A.B.Y

The small freighter set down in a docking bay in the midst of Coronet City and lowered it's ramp slowly. Before the ramp hit the ground Ox jumped to the ground and ran out into the city streets.

"All this time," he said to himself, "he was under my nose."

Ox had been born and raised on Corellia, the suposed place where his father was now. It was ironic that after traveling the galaxy for so long, his father was on the planet he had started from. He had come full circle in his quest and now he was certain to find his father.

The only problem was, he had no idea where to start looking...

Corellia - 22 years B.B.Y.

The two man fighter set down in the plains not too far outside Coronet City before the cockpit opened to reveal the two passengers inside. Raman and Holis disembarked the ship and after concealing the ship, they made their way into Coronet City.

Having since shed their Jedi robes, they blended in easily to the ground at large and even managed to make their way past most clone patrols without being noticed.

"Master," Holis began, "what is going on? Why have the troopers turned on us?"

Raman stopped him, "It's not 'Master' anymore, it's only Raman," Raman then shrugged, "I don't know Holis, something has happened, the Jedi Order has been wiped out and I fear we are all that is left."

Holis' face turned into a grimace full of malice as the next group of clone troopers walked by them, "What are we to do Mas-," he stopped, "Raman, are we to just let them continue on like this exterminating all Jedi they can find?"

Raman turned to look at Holis, something about his friend had changed, there was something deep inside him that was troubling him. "Holis, you must remain calm, don't let your anger control you."

"I know you feel betrayed, but do not let your emotions fool you, we are still keepers of the peace. Even if the Order is gone, we are still Jedi at heart, no matter what the world says."

"That's not good enough!" Holis exclaimed, "Why should we hide when we can rip them to pieces?!"

Raman began to sense the one thing in his friend that he would never expect, "Holis, you can't be serious.."

"Listen to me, friend," Raman began, "We must stay together if we are to survive in these dark times."

"No, Raman, that's where you are wrong," Holis responded, "people say the war changed many of us. But you? You're still the same old Raman, always trying to talk your way out of everything."

"And what of you, Holis? Do you think that your anger will get you what you want? Don't be a fool, your anger clouds your judgement; why are you being this way."

Holis laughed a dark laugh, "Ever since the raid on Ruxn I have seen the truth behind the Jedi Order."

"What are you talking about?" Raman questioned.

"They left us there!" Holis nearly yelled, "They left us on that backwater hellhole. They left us in the middle of a Seperatist invasion force. If it hadn't been for Torque and his men we'd both be dead on that mudball of a planet."

"Don't you see, Raman? We're expendible to them, we were nothing, the Council sat in their chairs comfortable on Coruscant listening to reports of our battles. They've never seen clones die around them, they've never felt the rumble of the Seperatist tanks closing in on their position. They have no idea what we've been through out there."

"What are you saying, Holis?" Raman asked.

"I'm leaving this planet, I'm going back to Coruscant. Palpatine had it right, the Jedi had become corrupt and I'm going to join him and the Empire. Come with me or die here like the rest of the scum that were in the Order."

Raman looked at Holis dumbstruck, "I will not leave."

"Then you will die."

Corellia - 1 year A.B.Y.

After pulling up classified articles from over twenty years ago, Ox finally found the one he was looking for.

It was an article about two Jedi who were spotted dueling in Coronet; this very city. It made no mention of the names, but Ox knew it had to be his fahter and this "Holis" character. But why would tehy be fighting? Were they not friends during the war?

Ox continued to dig into the files until he finally came across a file that read, "New Regional Governer Appointed to Coronet City."

The picture showed a man with hair as black as space and an emotionless expression, "Holis?" Ox said to himself.

So, Holis had survived the duel, but what of his father? Ox knew that Holis would know of his father's fate so he looked up the address of Holis currently and set off on foot.
